The products can be used either for prevention or cure. Prevention involves avoiding the build-up of   mould in advance in high-risk scenarios. Cure involves preventing the formation of new mould after   a clean-up of contaminated areas. The product description contains precise instructions for cleaning   contaminated areas and application.  The way it works breaks completely new  ground. The basic principle relies on using the antimicrobial   eect of nano-si lver , an active in gredient which is not toxic to people (non-human-toxic) . The metallic   silver particles are chemically stable and securely bonded in the product using polymer binders.   There is no discharge into the air in the room – as with conventional toxic biocides – and silver ions   are not released. The principle is more based on the surface reaction between the silver and the   micro-organism. This produces an interaction with the structure proteins in the cell walls, which kills   bacteria, fungi and spores. The reaction is similar to a catalysis as the active ingredient is not used   up. This guarantees a lasting eect.
